Ich habe dieses Buch als "Empfehlung" in einer App gesehen und kann diese Empfehlung nur weitergeben.Das Buch ist einfach und sehr sympathisch geschrieben - auch auf Englisch. Das Buch ist in verschiedene "Grundsätze" eingeteilt und arbeitet diese Schritt für Schritt ab. Immer dabei: Das persönliche "Drawing Board", welches als Tagebuch dienen soll. Zu jedem Kapitel gibt es Fragebögen, die einem helfen sollen seine eigene Situation klarer definieren zu können, sowie hilfreiche Tipps. Keine Spur von "Verfolge diesen Weg und alles wird sofort super" - nein, im Gegenteil: Kleine Sünden, Stolpersteine und Hänger gehören laut Buch dazu.Fazit: Wer sich für eine gesunde Lebensweise interessiert oder nach Möglichkeiten der persönlichen Veränderungen sucht, der wird in diesem Buch sicherlich den ein oder anderen Tipp dafür finden. Das "Drawing Board" ist eine gute Möglichkeit sich selbst immer wieder zu reflektieren und den Prozess festzuhalten - und das alles immer ganz individuell, je nach Persönlichkeit.
